Assistant Professor or Lecturer of Education
Academic year, tenure-track or long-term, convertible (upon completing appropriate doctorate) lecturer position with a specialty in Reading; additional experience with Early Childhood and/or Special Education preferred; earned doctorate in Education (Ph.D., Ed. D.) required for tenure-track position; master's degree required for lecturer position, with reading specialist preferred; a minimum of three years licensed, full-time, classroom teaching experience (public school preferred) required. Applications should include evidence of ability to teach reading courses. Pursuit of an active research agenda is expected for tenure-track position. A commitment to working with a professional collaborative team is essential.
