Assistant Professor or Lecturer of Organizational Behavior and Management
Academic year, tenure-track or long-term lecturer position with an opportunity to teach introductory and advanced courses in organizational behavior and management and to participate in developing a master's degree in management or business; earned doctorate in Organizational Behavior, Community Leadership, Management or related field by August 2010 required for tenure-track position; master's degree in organizational behavior, management or related field, or MBA with appropriate concentration, required for lecturer position; previous online teaching experience preferred; experience teaching in graduate business program and industry experience in organizational development or health care preferred. Some online teaching is required. Engagement in community leadership activities is expected.
