Wednesday, November 4, 2009 was the last day to drop a class or withdraw from the University with an automatic "W." All drops now must be approved by the instructor and academic dean via the "Drop Only Form."
DROPPING A CLASS: . BEGINNING November 5th, through December 14th, students need to fill-out a “Drop Only Form” in order to drop a class. The instructor must sign this form and assign a grade of “W,”, “F,” “FN,” or “FNN” (as appropriate). The school dean must also sign this form.
TOTAL WITHDRAWALS: BEGINNING November 5th, through December 14th, students need to fill-out a “Total Withdrawal Form” and a “Drop Only Form” for each class they are withdrawing from (i.e. dropping). The instructor must sign the “Drop Only Form” and assign a grade of “W,”, “F,” “FN,” or “FNN” (as appropriate). The school dean must also sign this form.
