Summer JUMPSTART
Tutorial Services' new program, Summer JUMPSTART, welcomes all first-year students. The FREE week-long program scheduled in August offers students the opportunity to experience academic success, explore IU East, make friends, have fun, and get a head start in college math, reading and writing.
Summer JUMPSTART will give students the tools they need to succeed in college.
Students will:
- Prepare for college math, reading, and writing
- Discover how they learn best
- Learn and practice study strategies
- Meet other students and make friends early
- Learn about IU East’s programs and resources
- Make connections with IU East faculty, staff, tutors and current students
- Experience college classes such as biology, art and music
- Have FUN!
